01 · Who you're dealing with
This website and the services on it are operated by Ridgecraft Forensic Education Private Limited (operating as Sasta Hacker, under the brand of Forensic Science by Priyanshi) ("we", "us"). By booking a session or using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't book.
02 · What we sell
A one-to-one online mentorship call about cybersecurity and digital forensics — career direction, learning roadmaps, resume and interview guidance, and general doubt-solving. It is
education and guidance only. What it is explicitly not:
✕A job guarantee, placement service, or promise of any specific outcome, salary, or certification result.
✕A hacking-for-hire service. We will not access, test, or break into any system, account, device, or network on your behalf.
✕Recovery of lost accounts or passwords, surveillance of another person, or help with anything you are not legally authorised to do.
✕Legal advice, forensic evidence for court, or an expert-witness opinion.
03 · Acceptable use
Everything taught is for lawful, authorised, ethical security work only — your own systems, a lab, or a target you have written permission to test. If you ask us to help with an unlawful request, we end the session immediately with no refund, and we may report it. In India, unauthorised access is an offence under the Information Technology Act, 2000. Learning to break systems does not give you permission to break them.
04 · Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to book and pay. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must make the booking and be reachable on the details provided.
05 · Booking & payment
→Prices are shown on the booking page in Indian Rupees (₹) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
→Payment is collected up front through Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank credentials.
→Your slot-selection link is issued only after payment is verified. It is single-use, tied to your email, and expires in 24 hours. Sharing it will not work.
→You must give accurate contact details. Everything — the invite, the join link, any follow-up — goes to the email and WhatsApp number you enter.
→Any discounted or promotional price is valid only while shown and may be withdrawn at any time.
06 · The session itself
→Sessions run over Google Meet at the confirmed time in Indian Standard Time (IST). Bring a working mic and a stable connection.
→Join within the first 10 minutes. After that the slot is treated as a no-show.
→Do not record the call without our consent, and do not redistribute anything shared with you during it.
→Abuse, harassment, or unlawful requests end the session on the spot.
07 · Intellectual property
The brand, site content, and any notes, roadmaps, or materials shared with you remain ours. You may use them for your own learning. You may not resell, republish, or teach from them commercially without written permission.
08 · Limitation of liability
We provide guidance in good faith but make no warranty about results. You are responsible for what you do with what you learn. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a session is limited to the amount you paid for that session. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost earnings or missed opportunities.
09 · Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your booking is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Sagar, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
