REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL BOOKINGS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Please read this page before you pay. Once payment is made, the amount cannot be refunded, transferred, or credited.

01 · Why

A 1:1 slot is reserved time. The moment you book, that slot comes off the calendar and nobody else can take it. That time cannot be recovered, so it cannot be refunded.

02 · Cancellations by you

Not available. Once a booking is paid, it cannot be cancelled for a refund — whatever the notice period.

03 · No-shows

If you don't join within 10 minutes of the start time, the session is treated as delivered and the fee is forfeited.

04 · If we cancel

This is the one exception. If we have to cancel or cannot attend, you choose: a full refund to your original payment method, or a free reschedule to another slot. Refunds are processed through Razorpay within 5–7 working days and land back on the same method you paid with.

05 · Failed or duplicate payments

If money left your account but no booking was created, or you were charged twice, email contact@forensicbypriyanshi.com with the payment reference. Genuine duplicates and failed transactions are refunded in full within 5–7 working days. Bank-side reversals of failed payments can take up to 7 working days on their own.

06 · Rescheduling

Rescheduling is at our discretion and is not guaranteed. If you have a genuine emergency, write to us before the session starts and we'll do what we can — but it is a courtesy, not a right, and never a refund.
